Shipping policy
At Soulmate ArtK, every item is made to order. This means we don’t have a dusty warehouse full of pre-made clothes, we print your specific piece just for you.
1. Production Times (The "Art" Phase)
Before an order ships, it must be printed and inspected.
- Standard Production: 3–5 business days.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays, production can take up to 7 business days.
- Note: Production begins 24 hours after your order is placed to allow for any size/address corrections.
2. Localized Shipping (Faster & Greener)
We partner with printing facilities across the globe to get your art to you as fast as possible. Your order will typically ship from the center closest to your delivery address:
- USA Orders: Shipped from our US network.
- UK Orders: Shipped from our UK network.
- Europe Orders: Shipped from our facilities in Germany or Czech Republic.
- Australia Orders: Shipped from our Australian network.
- International Orders: Shipped from the nearest available hub to ensure the lowest possible carbon footprint and fastest delivery.
3. Shipping Times (The "Delivery" Phase)
Once production is complete, you will receive a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (USA/EU/AUS/UK): 3–7 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days (depending on local customs).
4. Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves the facility.
- Please ensure your address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
