Refund policy
Every piece at SoulmateArtK is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been produced.
The 24-Hour Grace Period
We send orders to production exactly 24 hours after they are placed.
- If you realized you ordered the wrong size or made a mistake, you must contact us at [SoulmateArtK@gmail.com] within this 24-hour window to change it.
- Once the 24-hour mark passes, the order is locked into production, and we can no longer offer changes, returns, or size exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we mess up, we’ll make it right. You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- We made a mistake: (e.g., You ordered a Large, but we sent a Small).
- The item is defective: (e.g., Print quality issues or garment tears).
- The item arrived broken: (e.g., Shipping damage).
Lost Packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in a while the package could be lost, contact us immediately at [SoulmateArtK@gmail.com]. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement out to you.
How it Works
- Report it: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send Proof: Email us a clear photo of the damaged item or the incorrect size tag.
- Resolution: Our priority is to send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you. Refunds are only considered as a final resort if a replacement is unavailable.
